Terms & Conditions

The Taj Palace Hisar

By booking or staying at The Taj Palace Hisar, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 02:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
    (Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.)

2. Identification

Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in. Local ID policies will be followed as per law.

3. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect hotel property and other guests

  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest

  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited

4. Occupancy

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room. Extra guests may attract additional charges.

5. Hotel Rights

The management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests in case of misconduct, non-payment, or policy violation without refund.

6. Liability

The Taj Palace Hisar is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles unless deposited with hotel management for safekeeping.

7.   Pets Not Allowed 

Key Reasons for Pet Restrictions:

  • Allergies and Hygiene: Shedding, pet dander, odors, and accidents (poo/pee) can create an unsanitary environment for future guests.

  • Destruction and Safety: Pets can damage furniture, carpets, and walls, while barking poses a noise disruption to others.

  • Liability: Hotels fear legal liability for injuries caused by pets to other guests or staff

Cancellation Policy

The Taj Palace Hisar

1. Free Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 07 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund (if applicable).

2. Late Cancellation / No-Show

  • Cancellations made within 7 days  of check-in or no-show cases will be charged up to 100% of the booking amount.

3. Early Check-Out

  • No refund will be provided for early check-out once the stay has commenced.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.

5. Modification

The Taj Palace Hisar reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy during peak seasons, special events, or promotional bookings.

Events Booking – Terms & Policies

We are delighted to host your special celebrations. 

Kindly review the following booking terms & policies applicable to all party and event reservations:

General Policies

All Government taxes & regulations are applicable.

Liquor consumption is strictly prohibited without a valid Liquor License.

Weapons are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

Dolls and bands are not allowed in the lobby, floors, or in front of the reception area.

Flower decoration is mandatory through Dolly Decore only. (artificial flowers for decoration)

Electricity & Setup

10 KW electricity load will be provided for DJ, decoration, and catering.

Any additional power requirement must be arranged by the guest via a DG set.

DJ/Sound system is mandatory through Nasha, as per Government rules (allowed till 10:00 PM only).

Booking & Payment Policy

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

Full payment must be completed 15 days prior to the event date.

In case of cancellation, the advance amount is non-refundable.

Food & Services

Outside food is not allowed in rooms or the restaurant.

During party/events, room service and parking services will not be available.(From Party Buffet)

Liquor strictly prohibited in the rooms

Room Timings

Check-in: 02:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Parking & Valuables

Liquor strictly prohibited in the parking area

Parking is available at owner’s risk.

Management is not responsible for loss of valuables or personal belongings.
